LIFE IN A BOARDING SCHOOL - AN EMOTIONAL TOUCH

When a student’s eyes look for your presence in a hope that you will ask for his day’s activities, enquire about what he ate, how many marks did he or she score in a test and many more such questions, establish a strong connection between you and your student as a teacher. This gives you the wholesome feeling that you are in the holy process of making a human being the way he or she should be. Engineers and scientists are proud of their technological advancements and inventions, doctors boast of the medical advancement but we, the teachers humbly get satisfaction in grooming a student as a good human being who will do all good things in favor of mankind. The students are aimed for overall personality development with discipline, knowledge, and patriotism. Manners and etiquettes practiced by students in the school become an integral part of their lives in a boarding school and elsewhere in the outside world. I would suggest all the parents opt for a day boarding school for the overall development of their child since it really makes a child self-dependent in respect and in all the aspects of life. Some of the main advantages are-

Self-reliance

Boarding school students quickly learn how to perform many domestic chores and complete school assignments by themselves. They become experts at managing their time, money and resources. These students mature quickly and tend to be very independent and successful in college and life.

Fewer Distractions

Boarding school students can focus better on their studies because television, video games, phones, and other distractors are limited. These young scholars usually perform better academically because they live in an environment that is conducive to learning.

Cultural Diversity

Boarding school students live and attend classes with people from a variety of cultures; therefore, they learn to appreciate and respect the differences in one another and live amicably. Some may even learn the basics of another language as a result of the friendships they form.

Character building

Boarding school students are known to graduate with exceptional character and demeanor. They reside in a community where traits such as honesty, respect, and hard work are valued and emphasized. These pupils have a moral advantage.

Alternative Activities

Boarding school students are often exposed to a wider range of activities to broaden their learning. They may participate in common sports and activities, such as football and band, or less conventional ones, such as Horse Riding, martial art, etc.

Fluency in Another Language

Students whose first language is not English often become fluent in English in two semesters through language immersion. Those who stay in a boarding school for at least three years typically become bilingual as they can read, write and speak two languages.

Bilingual students possess a valuable skill that gives them a significant advantage in the domestic and international workforce. Studies have also shown that they generally score higher on standardized tests and demonstrate greater problem-solving skills.

Make Continuous Efforts: Never Ever Give Up!

The world we live in is challenging and demanding. With population growth and increasing costs of resources, every individual is facing pressure, be it an employment or self-run business. The pressure is bolstered with the competition we have in modern life. Such competition heavily spurs the requirements life puts to us, therefore to compete successfully we need to excel ourselves. Excelling is only viable when we have a goal and work toward it.

One reason for constant effort on achieving a goal is self-improvement. When you put enough work into something, sooner or later you will benefit from it.   For example, if a person devotes a lot of time into studying a foreign language and does it on a permanent basis, he or she can increase his/her ability to communicate with foreigners or, even, become an expert. In some situations, an ability to use foreign language can have a direct pecuniary effect – business opportunities or higher salary. So, setting a goal like studying a new language and going for it is usually worth an effort put into it.

Another reason for being assiduous is commitment. Being committed to your goal disciplines yourself. If you have a clear vision of what you are aiming at, you can create a step-by-step plan of how to achieve it. Once you envision your way to your goal, you can become a master of your life and create a precise schedule of events and waypoints. Following such schedule can be austere sometimes, but this, in fact, trains your diligence.

So, taking into account that following your goal and working hard to achieve it, definitely improves personal qualities and makes a person more viable in today’s world of rising requirements.

“The difference between the successful man and others is not a lack of strength, rather it is lack of will”

“Because one believes in oneself, one doesn't try to convince others. Because one is content with oneself, one doesn't need others' approval. Because one accepts oneself, the whole world accepts him or her.”  Yes ! to make the greatest personality we should have self-confidence in us.

Confidence is the Key to Success. Some people are born with it, some have to work for it, and others do not know how to obtain it. It is something either one has or does not, but can always be accomplished over time. The question that many want to answer it “what can I do to gain confidence?” I have learned that confidence is hard to achieve, but with friends, trust, and time it can be reached.

The denotation of confidence is the “belief in oneself and one’s powers or abilities.” Everybody is lacking confidence in something; not everyone is perfect. Whether it be giving a speech in front of the class, competing in a large competition, or accepting one’s appearance, people lack the confidence needed to enjoy life. Helen Keller said, “Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.” This quote is absolutely true because if one does not have confidence they can never achieve or go beyond what they want to do.

In conclusion, confidence is a characteristic that everyone struggles with at one point but can be achieved by trusting one’s abilities and speaking with others that are supportive. Mark Twain once said, “The worst loneliness is to not be comfortable with yourself.” Being comfortable in one’s own skin is the key to achievement and enjoyment in life, so start with some confidence.

Choosing the subjects of our own choice which are suitable and are liked by us are far better than mixing up with the ones we aren’t interested in. We know that classes up to 10th. Combines all subjects together and for some students, in this case, it is slightly tough. It often leads to retest, compartments or failure. To fix this strategy, the idea of letting the students choose their respective and suitable streams or subjects is brilliant. It gives them the opportunity to focus more on the particular field and acquire enhancement in the subject. Also, it allows them to trace their path for their future goals and gives them a clear picture as well. But the fact that it puts students in difficult spot decision to choose a particular subject or field can’t be ignored.

What would happen if we didn’t have laws?

https://www.themannschool.com/
It is true that laws limits our exercise of Freedom; but they also make it possible to protect our freedoms. We make laws as a base for the orderly functioning of entire society upon the ‘‘Rule Of law’’. Laws shield us from others and even from government.
Without laws government doesn’t have any firm lines per limits. Without law nothing protect us from government run wild. Laws maintain the balance between the society needs and individual needs in different ways according to the value of each society.
Everyone knows no perfect balance can ever exist, But each society must and will strike a balance.
Just think for some minutes if for some days or a week all the law, rules and regulations are removed from the society, No action would be taken for any crime or violence what will happen?
Then what happen is:-
Everyone will be having weapons with them. With any small issue they can kill anyone in the society. So at last conclusion left would be with some people are left in society tentatively. There will be 100% destruction of security of an individual a person can’t even eat food or sleep with peace. So without any excursion, take care of Indian laws.

Did Really Demonetization Changed India?

www.facebook.com/themannschool
On November 8th 2015, Our Prime minister Shri Narendra Modi announced that 500 rupee note and 1000 rupee note stopped circulating in the market of India. For an interval of time these notes got exchanged by the people with lot of rush in the banks old age people with the sickness standing in the lines of bank with their prior savings. Standing for the day long they got tired and spent hold a whole day in just crawling in lines of the bank. This only happened with the poor people and middle class people who runs small business.
What happen to the rich people who are the main reason for the firm step of demonetization?
The rich people have good connections and the market with employee in bank. They gave remittances to the bank employee and exchange their 500 and 1000 rupee note without facing any problem.

They are living their life as usual they were living earlier. Loss was with the middle class people and poor people leaving their work. Wasted their time in lines and their financial status got disturbed because of no money in the market.

Indian economy also felled down as because of shortage of money in the market. Because of demonetization rich peoples get richer day-by-day and poor people got poorer.
