Swimming is not just a sport but it is an art. Imaginably, swimming is like dancing under the water.

“When you truly sing, you sing yourself free. When you truly dance, you dance yourself free. When you walk in the mountains or swim in the sea, again, you set yourself free.” Jay Woodman—

Learning to swim is profoundly crucial for many reasons, and excelling in this amazing skill will give us lifetime benefits.
