The year that was,
Feels good to say has passed
Wreaking havoc on people,
Even if they didn’t have flaws!
It surely has opened the gates,
The gateway to new aspects
And it gave a new direction,
To the dreams we thought were fates!
It snatched away,
Valuable lives from many
Even if they did no failing,
It made us all feel uncanny!
The year that was,
Gives relief to say won’t come again
Let’s pave an unsullied way
To a new life and it’s varied gains…!
